Beginning

The first day install the GDP program on your home computer. Make sure you use your official first and last name and your Bladen Community College e-mail address. Work the tutorial. Make sure you go the Blackboard site for this course and navigate through the site learning where everything is. Be sure to check out the Syllabus, Assignment, and Discussion Board sections. If you have a problem with GDP and uploading you need to come see me immediately and/or contact the GDP software support people. You will get a 0 for a late assignment even if it is a problem with GDP unless I excuse you BEFORE THE DUE DATE. Do not wait until the last minute.

Weekly Procedure

Each of the 16 weeks has a Discussion Board Assignment that you are to respond to/complete.  You are to post to the Discussion Board and to respond to two other students’ posts in a meaningful way. You are to correct any mistakes in your posts and read everyone else’s posts and responses. Make sure you check the Announcements and the Discussion Board on a regular basis, in case any changes are made to the Assignments.

Note: Late assignments/Discussion Board posts and responses will not be accepted and will result in a grade of 0 for that assignment (all for the week are due the same date). All assignments are due by midnight on the date given. You may turn in your lessons early but not late.

**Unless otherwise noted all assignments should be completed and turned in by the time on the assignment link on the website. Any changes in due dates will be listed on the website or discussed in class.
