RECOMMENDED
APPROACH:
Prior to viewing the video lessons,
1. Read the text chapters and study guide.
2. Read the self‑test questions and discussion topics.
3. Pay attention to chapter titles, sub‑headings and terminology.
4. Record the lessons if you can to allow for review. They are designed to flesh out the reading, however, not replace it. The entire series of videos is on reserve at the BCC Library if you are unable to record the lessons.
Formation of study groups is recommended. The ability to discuss the material will greatly facilitate learning it. For most students, legal terminology is a foreign language, and it is helpful to speak in it and hear it spoken as much as possible.
This subject matter is NOT easy! It is imperative that you keep up with the reading and video lessons. My number is 910‑879–5539.
