of 18 credit hours during a regular semester. Students desiring to take
in excess of 18 credit hours must obtain special permission from the Director
of Curriculum Programs. Special permission is not necessary, however, when
the curriculum guide prescribes more than 20 credit hours for any given
semester. New freshmen in the College Transfer Program will be limited
up to, but not exceeding, two academic courses for credit per summer session.
Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors taking courses in the College Transfer
Program will be allowed to take up to three academic courses for credit
per summer session with the permission of the Director of Curriculum Programs.
Special permission is not necessary, however, to take up to, but not exceeding,

Transfer summer sessions may a student enroll in more than three academic
