The Admissions’s Office provides official transcripts upon written request from the student. Official transcripts will be issued at a charge of $2.00 per transcript due at the time of the request. Unofficial copies of student transcripts are available by request in the Admissions’s Office at no charge.

Unofficial transcripts cannot be mailed. Any transcript sent by mail is considered official.

Transcript requests of any kind will not be processed for students with outstanding debt to the College.

To protect individual privacy, a transcript request must be signed by the student or graduate. Transcript requests should include identifying characteristics like name(s), social security number, and/or student ID number. Transcript requests may be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax.

Official transcripts are printed within 48 hours (two working days) from the time the request is returned to the Admissions’s Office and payment has been made to the Cashier’s Office. Official transcripts may not be requested and picked-up in the same day.

To request a transcript in person:

Go by the Cashier’s Office, Administration Building, 7418 Hwy 41 West, Dublin NC between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday or 8:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. on Fridays to pay the $2.00 transcript fee for each official transcript. Bring the receipt for the transcript request and complete a transcript request form in the Admissions’s Office of Building 2. Unofficial transcripts are provided at no cost to the student or graduate.

Transcript requests can be given to the person at the front desk of Building 2 until 10:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday. If such requests are made during this time, the student or graduate must contact the Cashier’s Office (paying by telephone is located in the next section) on the next business day to pay the $2.00 transcript fee for each official transcript.

Or you may fax the completed Transcript Request Form to 910.879.5564. If you mail the request, DO NOT MAIL CASH; instead send a check or money order. If you are faxing, you will need to contact the Cashier’s Office at 910.879.5507 and provide a debit or credit card number (Visa and Mastercard accepted) and expiration date to cover the $2.00 transcript fee.

Remember, a signed written request is required for the release of a Bladen Community College official transcript, and there is a $2.00 charge for each requested official transcript. To check the status of your transcript request, please contact 910.879.5526.

Official continuing education, adult high school, and GED transcripts can be obtained through the Continuing Education Department. For continuing education transcripts, please call 910.879.5592. To request a GED transcript please go to and follow the direction to request a transcript.
