UNSATISFACTORY PROGRESS
If the required GPA is not attained at the end of the probationary semester, or if 50% of attempted academic courses are not passed during the probationary semester, the student's progress is unsatisfactory and referral will be made to the Admissions Committee to determine alternatives available. These alternatives may include reduction of academic load, change of program, withdrawal from the college, or continuation in a full-time status. If a program change is determined to be the best alternative, the student will enroll on Academic Probation and will be required to meet the minimum GPA at the end of the probationary semester and pass 50% of academic courses attempted. Financial aid recipients will not be eligible for assistance as long as their academic status is unsatisfactory.
