How Do I Login to WebAdvisor?

1.
If you do not know your User ID, please visit How do I Find my User ID?”

2.
On any WebAdvisor screen, click on the Log In button located at the top of the screen.

3.
Enter your User ID and Password.
See information following the screenshot below for password instructions.

    FIRST TIME USERS:

Initial password will be first two letters of last name with the first letter capitalized and 6 digit birthdate. So for John Doe born August 5, 1974 the pass would be Do080574. That will be created by Datatel/Ellucian when the account is pushed to Active Directory. If they already have Active Directory credentials and use them then their password should stay the same.

Webadvisor and Office 365 for students will use the same password for both. Once you change the password in Office 365 then that one password will work with Webadvisor also.

To change your password, you will need to enter the old password, enter a new password of your choosing, and then re-enter the new password as confirmation. You will use this newly created password each time you login to WebAdvisor.

Your new password needs to be at least six (6) characters long, but no more than nine (9) characters in length. The password must also contain both letters and numbers.

Optional:
Set a password hint if you want assistance in remembering your password.
