The Bladen We Care Endowed Chair in Allied Health was established in 2015 through supportby the Bladen We Care Foundation.

This endowment provides an opportunity for selected allied health faculty at Bladen Community College (BCC) to undertake professional development projects in their discipline or in instructional pedagogy.

The emphasis is on personal and professional growth and it seperate from regularly assigned duties or routine work or service to the department.
