Bladen Community College (BCC) is committed to improving programs and services. At BCC, Institutional Effectiveness and Planning is a systematic and continuous process of collecting, analyzing, and distributing data. The College’s goals and outcomes are linked to the mission and assessment results are used to improve the College’s overall performance and student success. Institutional Effectiveness (IE) does not occur in isolation; rather, it is an ongoing process of goal setting, implementation, evaluation, assessment, and improvement of programs and services that are applied at every level of the College.
